By accessing or using Groundwork's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Groundwork on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Groundwork is an AI-powered sales briefing platform that generates prospect-specific research briefs for sales teams. The service includes Sales Brief generation, Battlecard management, calendar integration for automated brief delivery, and related features as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Groundwork is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use Groundwork only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or models. You may not use automated means to access the service beyond the provided APIs and integrations.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Research credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at Groundwork's discretion.
Groundwork retains all rights to the platform, technology, and underlying algorithms. The Sales Briefs generated for you are yours to use for your business purposes. Your Battlecard content and proprietary business information remain your intellectual property. By using the service, you grant Groundwork a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Groundwork provides Sales Briefs as research assistance tools. The information in briefs is compiled from publicly available sources and AI analysis, and may contain inaccuracies. Briefs include confidence scores to help you assess reliability. Groundwork is not liable for business decisions made based on brief content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Groundwork may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that may harm the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Groundwork shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
